When editing edition width, height, depth, and weight fields are locked

      When editing an already existing edition, the width, height, depth, and weight form fields are locked. One has to re-select the format (e.g. paperback) to unlock.

      It's not clear to me why that is, and it adds an unnecessary click to the editing workflow.
