Area search should take aliases into account

      The Areas table is currently copied from the MusicBrainz database, but not the area_alias table.

      Searching for Saint Petersburg, St. Petersburg, Petrograd, Leningrad and other variations will not return any result.
      The reason is that the primary alias of the Area in the MB database is "Sankt-Peterburg": https://musicbrainz.org/area/808e1ef8-5390-4300-a615-c4df977cc349/aliases

      The search server on BookBrainz does not currently take these aliases into account, and should.
