user requested to be able to search for countries on the search page.
This should be pretty simple to add considering we already have the search endpoints for it.

Area results should not be part of the standard entities returned (similarly we don't return editors and collections by default) but an option can be added to the search page dropdown for Areas.

Currently we don't have much to link to other than to the MusicBrainz website, but BB-685 would create Area pages showing relationships to other entities.
