Allow [none] for ISBN

      On edition group and work pages, there is a prominent ISBN column. Not all books have one of these. For example, an eBook only available on someone's personal website will not have one. Or an ancient piece of papyrus from Egypt. There should be a  [none] option like the one for Barcodes on MB.
