If I edit a text field in a work, and quickly hit enter, the text change made may not be seen, and either result in an error  that no changes were made, or submit a partial change (if typing, pause, typing again, quick enter). I suspect that there's some trigger to update the model on the page after some short amount of idle time after a field changes? If so, I'm guessing the model isn't updated fast enough before submitting the form.
