I have tried multiple times to submit a book, I check for errors or missing information, and I still get nothing. Even the loading indicator of the submit button shows nothing. This is the only instance it happens - I can submit artists, works and others, just not books.

There is not much I can deduct from it, apart from it doing nothing.
