[BB-75] Add Genre entities

to elaborate on the first part, there is significant overlap in bookterms between what is actually a "genre" (eg drama, comedy, sci-fi, fiction) and what is a "type" (or attribute of the format) (eg novel, comic, biography, atlas, article) these need to be separate and the genre thing (something akin to a tag like in mb) be a completely revisor/user editable(taggable) thing, while such as "novel/roman, shortstory, novelette, etc" be a list created by rel-niveau editor.

I think this will fix genre issues in works - right now there is a drop-down that asks about if something is a novel, non-fiction or similar

this could possibly instead be an (editable) attribute for rel-editor level users, but the actual list should be decided on and requested by the community.

(When it comes to edition-attribute that is like medium format on MB)
