"copy edited" Author-Edition relationship

      It would be great if there was a "copy edited" relationship between authors and editions as some times individuals are credited as the "Copy Editor". Maybe that's too fine-grained, though? If it is added, it should probably be added as an Author-Work relationship, like BB-844 requests for the "edited" relationship.
