I often come across the credit "Interior layout & design". The "designed" relationship can be used for this, but seems comparitively vague. It seems like this could two separate relationships, "did interior layout for" and "did interior design" or a combine one like "did interior layout / design for". I'm not quite sure on what would be best, but it would be nice to have something more specific than just "designed".
