Add support for different types of references on Spotify mapping page

      There is a problem with current implementation. Spotify Web Player, for example, doesn't have a way to get proper Spotify URI for an album. Only HTTP links are provided.

      We should allow users to submit HTTP links as well, and extract identifier from a link or URI.
