Review limit exceeded message is displayed after clicking on publish review

      Current Behaviour: "Review Limit Exceeded" message is displayed after a user submits a review to be published.
      Expected Behaviour: The error message should be displayed just after the user clicks on "Write a review".
      It is annoying when the user types a long review but later finds out that it cannot be published.
