If I write a review and click submit without choosing any of the options at the bottom of the page, I get 2 errors:

"Not a valid choice" and "You need to accept the license agreement!"

I have no idea what the "not a valid choice" error refers to. We should modify this to either include the name of the field in the error message, or move the error message next to the field.

Additionally, I don't really like putting exclamation marks at the end of all of these messages, and I'd prefer to remove them from most places, including this one.
