      Firefox on Mac OS (and windows, + a whole lot of other browsers) have a built in spell checker, you can download language dictionaries and so on for them.

      In most textboxes it works, but not in the Review writing/edition box https://critiquebrainz.org/review/write https://critiquebrainz.org/review/[MBID]/edit
      Here it does not enable.

          This is a great idea, but I'm not sure how easy it is to do. We use an editor called "simplemde": https://simplemde.com/ which is based on another tool called "codemirror".

          There are a bunch of discussions about this, but many of them are quite old:

          I don't know how much things have changed since these items were raised, or if it's actually possible.
