It would be helpful to have CB automatically send off an e-mail to musicbrainz-account-admin@metabrainz.org whenever an account is blocked.

It should ideally contain the name of the blocked account, the name of the person who blocked it, and links to both the CB and MB profile pages.

A bonus (but also possibly future/separate ticket) could be to include some statistics like

[account] has made X reviews with Y of them having been hidden, with the provided reasons:

• reason 1
• reason 2
• …
• reason Y

(Alternatively an optional field (free-text or drop-down) when blocking a user to give a reason for the blocking that would be sent along.)
