I tried formatting a review with line breaks, and it shows up properly when editing, but not on the main reviews pages or on MusicBrainz's reviews tab, see attached screenshots

I'll try and copy the review from the edit page to the text field here, but that seems to be impossible on mobile, I've created a separate ticket for that tho
