Image on site, not in Picard

      For several releases there are cover images on the site, but Picard don't manage to download them.

      For instance for https://musicbrainz.org/release/1e0e495a-2d48-3665-8131-f4da57d6f846 there are cover images when looking on the website, but in Picard I get

      CAA JSON error: Error downloading https://ia801508.us.archive.org:443/14/items/mbid-1e0e495a-2d48-3665-8131-f4da57d6f846/index.json - server replied: Not Found

          Did some more testing (much more) and it appears to be a wide spread problem.

          OK, now the example link works. Still a problem for https://musicbrainz.org/release/cdf9890b-1971-465d-b5f3-4de29ba2f9b6 that says
