The release for this item was merged into another just recently (edit #78864254). Subsequently, the images in this item were transferred to the item for the merge target and deleted from the source. However, the thumbnails of the old image remain in the item.

Consider using the x-archive-cascade-delete:1 HTTP header to also remove the thumbnails when the image is deleted. The same should probably be done when releases are removed (although that currently doesn't work, CAA-126) and when individual images are removed (if we ever decide to implement that, MBS-4753).

Also, the index.json and mb_metadata.xml files aren't deleted at all. I'm not sure whether that's by design or an oversight.

If someone can point me to the indexer repo, I can submit a PR, but I'm not sure which indexer repo is the correct one.
