Sometimes just "computer" is the credit.

Currently only "other" or maybe "electronic instruments" is possible, but this is so wide for such a common instrument.

Computer is mostly used as instrument in electronic music (the more experimental area). If it's credited as such it might refer to (non exhaustive list): live coding, using signals from the computer as audio or modulation source, programmed music, generic use of software and/or hardware to generate/manipulate audio, ..., and of course any case where it is simply unclear what the computer was used for, but the credit is "computer" (or a specific brand/model named as credit.)
