The "cántara" or "cántaro" is a clay pot with a narrow mouth that was used to transport food. But it is also used as a idiophne percussion instrument using a shoe or sandal to hit the mouth, or even as a aerophone instrument, blowing through its mouth. It can be filled with water to get the key. It is used on traditional music from many parts of Spain and Mexico. More info: Wikipedia
