It looks like the dulce melos did not have keys originally, that might even be the most common case. French Wikipedia does not even mention keys. Please update the instrument description (specifically the last sentence) to reflect this.

By the way, French alias doucemelle is a modern version of Old French doulcemelle, see etymological explanation (second paragraph). This one should probably be added as an alias too.
