Add/correct aliases for kokle

      Also "kokles" is listed as the lithuanian name, but https://lt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuokl%C4%97s shows it to actually be "kuoklės". Same for latgalian, which shows "kokles" as the name in latgalian, but https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokles shows it to actually be "kūkles".
