Split "slide guitar" into "acoustic slide guitar" and "electric slide guitar"

      Similar to what I did for the 12 string guitar in INST-448, I think it's a good idea to have more specific "acoustic" and "electric" credits for the "slide guitar" instrument.

      Example: David Lindley is credited with playing electric slide guitar on Conviction of the Heart
