Connection errors in area random recordings

      requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='bono.metabrainz.org', port=8000): Max retries exceeded with url: /area-lookup/json (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7ff5a8bc5610>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 65] No route to host'))

      This patch works fine earlier, but somehow returns this error in the main and fix-weekly-jams branches now.
