Import script doesn't put spotify_id inside the additional_info object

      Instead, it's at the track_metadata object (https://github.com/metabrainz/listenbrainz-server/blob/master/webserver/templates/user/scraper.js#L77-L81). The planning document lists spotify_id as one possible key inside of additional_info.
