      If we set up docker for MessyBrainz, we can use the checkout of MsB to set up the database during development setup.

          Just to be clear, this issue entails creating a docker setup for MessyBrainz similar to LB (with containers for the db and the webserver), right? Will the dev environment for LB then use different containers for MessyBrainz?
