Import loved tracks from Libre.FM

      Similarly to the same work to add feedback import from Last.FM, we should also allow users to do the same with Libre.Fm, especially since its future looks uncertain.

      The API endpoint should mimic the LastFM one:
      https://libre.fm/2.0/?method=user.getLovedTracks&user=MYUSERNAME
