as someone who has a playlist count on Spotify quite close to 100, I think having a way to categorize or organize playlists is a must, preferably visible to anyone visiting my profile.

I see two possible solutions

1. playlist folders: this seems more widely used and understood, as Spotify, MusicBee, and several other media players use folders for playlist organization. the disadvantage is a playlist can't usually be in multiple folders (say, a playlist of Chill Breakbeat can't be in a Genre and Chill folder at the same time). we could of course allow this tho~ 😉
2. playlist categories/tags: I haven't personally seen many examples of this sort of organization, but I feel like I have somewhere... maybe not for playlists tho... basically, it you could "tag" the Chill Breakbeat playlist as both "Chill" and "Genre", and it would show up in both categories. the disadvantage would be it might be difficult to categorize beyond one level, like with subcategories and such.
