We now have a nice set of unobtrusive and helpful images when a cover image is missing in LB (e.g. click to add picture, click to link release). The exception is 'cover-art-placeholder.jpg' which keeps rearing its colourful little head on various pages/various instances, usually (afaik) when something's gone wrong:

I suggest one of the following:

The top (option 1) if we're assuming you should only see the symbol if there's an error, the bottom (option 2) if we're assuming you will sometimes see this icon and there is not an error/another icon should not be displayed instead.

Two options for implementation, we can be diligent and swap the placeholder jpg and change it to use a lovely svg, or we can just replace 'cover-art-placeholder.jpg' with one of the following jpgs, which have already been formatted and optimised for the task.
