Playlist pages don't display the sub-menu

      If you click into a playlist it doesn't have the sub-menu/top menu, like so:

      This breaks the navigation flow.

      Adding the menu is (hopefully?) straight-forward, but a decision to be made might be what user's navigation to show at the top.

      Options

      1. Show the nav for the user who the playlist was generated for/by
      2. Remember where the user was/clicked from and maintain the same nav

      1 might almost always be the same as 2 anyway?
