expunged releases should not appear on an artist's main page

      since ListenBrainz has a different purpose than MusicBrainz (namely it's more focused on promoting music via recommendations and whatnot), I believe that release groups with only "Expunged" releases (or only Expunged and non-Official releases) should by default be hidden from the artists' page

      the main reason I believe these should be hidden by default is because in nearly all cases of a release being expunged, the artist or label is not only not promoting said release, but actively removing and disowning said release. there should of course be a way to show all these hidden releases (MusicBrainz already does this for anything not Official or Withdrawn), and they should still be shown in personal stats and whatnot.

          changing to "expunged", as the definition of "withdrawn" has changed. we could still hide withdrawn releases, but we definitely want to do this for expunged releases
