A copy of a playlist doesn't sync with the original as far as i know, and I'm not really the author of them so it makes sense to allow those playlists in a new third section.
I suggest allowing users to like / save / love / follow playlists by other users, this would also allow for better sorting and searching playlists in the future (most followed playlists in a certain genre?)
