Speaking for my niche(KPop), most title tracks on albums will include instrumental versions. So there is a LOT of them that can show up on playlists. This one for example is on one of my current Weekly Exploration playlist. I think most people won't want to have these in there playlists unless it's specifically a karaoke playlist, so it would be good to exclude any tracks ending in the various ways it can be presented. Such as:
