This would be similar to `/1/stats/user/(user_name)/recordings`, but with an additional `artist_mbid` parameter to filter the top tracks to only show a single artist. I'm not sure how feasible this is for the current Spark setup, but it's something that Last.fm supports as well, so it would make sense to introduce it.
