A user can hide recommendations received from another user but not personal recommendations. Note that hiding a recommendation received from someone is different from deleting a recommendation one had made oneself.

The backend api endpoint needs to be updated to allow hiding personal recommendation events. A test should also be added that if a user X personally recommended a track to user A and user B, and then user A hides it; it still continues to appear in user B's feed.

 This file will need to be updated to show the hide button on the frontend for personal recommendation events.
