Hi all,
I was comparing capabilities between Last.fm and ListenBrainz and found a discrepancy that I would like to see solved someday!
I am specifically referring to the bar graphs visible on a user's statistics page. I will use aerozol as an example as he has stats since I do not have any data. I will use my own Last.fm account.
On his stats page set to all time, the bars are not clickable. On Last.fm's library page, the graph to the right can be set to all time. The bars are then clickable to focus in on that data. For example, clicking a year will then show a bar graph of listens in a month. It can go as far as seeing what listens happened at an exact time.
Right now, ListenBrainz only lists either recent listens via the Listens page or calculated data such as Top Tracks, etc. It does not have a view quite like Last.fm's Library page at the moment. I think properly addressing this would also include having a view that shows the listens that match the time specification. For example, showing all listens for the month of May 2022 if that is what is selected through the bar graph (by first clicking 2022, then May).
