Unconsistency between PC and Phone layout in the footer links

      On PC we have this list of "useful links"

      While on mobile we have access to more links, including the bug tracker.

      Adding "Contribute" and "Bug Tracker" would be great as it would incentivize people to contribute, and report bugs.
