Mobile UI hides artist and track

      Wherein the track title and artist name are heavily constrained in the mobile UI. Looking back at the mockups in LB-991 I really like the big purple burger dropdown menu, which would solve this problem (I have re-attached the dropdown mockup in this ticket for reference).

      But in the shorter term, without any redesign required, we should move the love/hate buttons into the burger menu at a very narrow screen width. The burger menu should also open on long click. This ticket encompasses that quicker fix.
