Import Spotify Extended Streaming History

      Spotify allows users to download a copy of their entire streqaming history.
      Currently there is no way to import those files into your ListenBrainz account, to my chagrin.
      The files are in JSON format, and you can find some edge cases in https://github.com/kellnerd/elbisaur?tab=readme-ov-file#parsing-spotify-extended-streaming-history
