Hyperlink Artist name and Improve tooltip on the Artist Activity graph

      1. Adding hyperlinks on the x-axis ticks, if an artist mbid is available for that artist.
      2. Right now the tooltip on the graph has the album name and the artist name both, so, we might want to remove the artist name in the tooltips, considering it only repeats the same info that is already below on the x-axis of the graph.
