Improve the Radio system so that it can create playlists featuring only fetches tracks from past listens, with either an additional filter or an option for liked and disliked.

This would make possible to create interesting playlists like:

• tracks liked from a music genre;
• tracks disliked of a particular artist/genre;
• tracks not already listened from an artist;
• tracks liked by all the specified users (might need a limit on max number of users);
• tracks of a specific genre that specified users have listened to;
• tracks either like or listened to, but not disliked.

These are just some wild idea that came to my mind, but my proposed improvement is just the liked/disliked/listened.

At the moment, the command that comes the nearest to this filter is 

tag<genre>)::nosim stats:<username>::all_time 

But, this would only consider 50% of listens from tracks in <genre> and 50% from listens on the <username> top stats. Where instead the goal would be to have 100% only liked/dislike/listened_to, and then the rest of the filtering.
