LibreFM-compatible CSV exports may not have comment lines

      The Libre.FM importer expects three lines of comments at the top of the CSV file.

      However some third-party services such as Maloja will export Libre.FM compatible files that do not include these comment lines.

      It would be great to add some detection mechanism to allow those files to be processed without the manual addition by the user of any three lines at the top of the file.
