report http500 errors on the API in json, not html

      Similarly to AB-90, we should return HTTP500 messages from the API in json format, so a client library that expects all errors to be in JSON doesn't try and read HTML (LB-189). See https://github.com/metabrainz/acousticbrainz-server/pull/232 for a solution.
