I've had this occur a couple of times now, so time to make a ticket. The first time it went away for a while, this second time it is sticking on refresh.

To reproduce:

Open Art Creator > any of the three 'designer top...' templates.
Hope that it does (or doesn't) happen! Random fun!

Issue:

Certain rows will display black text.
Mouse over, clicking or right clicking will sometimes change these back to the right colour. Waiting and refreshing will sometimes (but not always) make them change to the right colour/be fine again.
The download png is fine/has the correct colours.

Troubleshooting:

I had a look at the CSS, trying to narrow it down, but enabling and disabling some options fixes the issue - but I think just because it's reloading the page CSS. This makes it impossible for me (not a dev) to find the root cause just by clicking around, sorry!
