I enjoy creating cover art for my playlists, picking out a background image, selecting a font for the title, all that jazz. it's one of my favorite parts of creating a playlist, to be honest. it'd be great to have a playlist cover art creator built in to ListenBrainz for this purpose

it was mentioned by kartik1712 that we don't want to support arbitrary image uploads (at least as of 2023), but we could still do this using openly-licensed images, I know Flickr has quite a lot, so does Wikimedia Commons, or we could even buy a stock image license (tho I know these cost actual money, and I don't know if we've got the budget for that). it wouldn't have to be as complicated as the Spotlistr creator I found either, could just have 9 different text alignments (top, middle, bottom, and left, right, center) and a small (but varied) selection of freely-licensed fonts. it would be nice to have some image filters and text effects to change the look up as well, but that's a stretch goal in my opinion, not absolutely essential
