Summary

Add support for submitting listens to ListenBrainz from david-sabata/web-scrobbler.

Background

This project is a Web Extension add-on that supports submitting listens from both Chrome and (as of recently) Firefox. The add-on works with a large number of music sources from Spotify to YouTube, SoundCloud to Bandcamp.

Details

A ticket is filed upstream to track progress on adding support. If support were added, it could mean a sudden increase in submitted listens to the project.

(It would be even more awesome if it looked up artists in MusicBrainz, but that's a different ticket for another project!)

Action

Help support the developer with answering questions that may come up in the ticket. If possible, we could help add support to it too, to give the developer a hand (the project is written in JavaScript).
