Bad MusicBrainz mapping for Useraccount name with UTF-8 special character

      When starting with "Sign in with MusicBrainz" an username with UTF-8 special character is wrong and the generated link back to MusicBrainz (https://musicbrainz.org/user/Cl%EF%BF%BDpsHydra) produces an error message:
      "Editor Not Found"
