LB needs a feature to allow users to give feedback on a track they have played. User should be able to love/hate, (thumbs up/down) a given track and then record that information in the influx database. Collecting this information will be very useful for tailoring recommendations for particular users.

This ticket should serve as the roll-up ticket (with others yet to be created) for the data store, api and web portions of this feature.
