Troi: Add the ability to inspect a pipeline to see if an Element is part of it

      For example, it'd be great if the PlaylistElement could inspect the pipeline that it is given to ensure that RecordingLookupElement has been added. This way, it'll be able to emit a warning saying that the playlist cannot be generated (because the items won't have enough metadata)
