Most of the endpoints that take count/offset return those values in the result. However, some don't (e.g. recordings returns the count but not the offset).

Similarly, most that take a range return that range as a value as well. However, some don't (e.g. listening-activity), and some use a different property name (stats_range, e.g. daily-activity and artist-map).

It would be nice if those were aligned so that they all return their query options in fields with names that match the option.
