We run jenkins using docker-in-docker so that our tests are executed using docker in the main host (williams).

When docker-compose creates a new network to run the tests, this network doesn't have access to the wider internet (even though the network for jenkins does have access)

As a result, we can't run the tests that access labs.api.listenbrainz.org.

We should fix this network access so that tests can run
